Medical Front Desk – Customer Service
Location: Hendersonville, NC
Pay: $18.00–$18.50/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
A large, patient-focused medical practice in Hendersonville is seeking an experienced and professional Medical Front Desk Clerk to join their dedicated team.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out
Verify insurance coverage and process necessary documentation
Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
Deliver outstanding lobby and front desk customer service
What We’re Looking For:
Previous medical front desk experience required
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Stable work history and proven reliability
Excellent communication, professionalism, and compassion for patients
