Job Full Description
A dynamic and community mission company needs part time administrative support in their Grantmaking Operations Department. Once the organization earns the grant, this is a key administrative role to ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and administering of the grant funds.
The successful person will have:
2–5 years of accounting or finance support experience, ideally within a nonprofit or grantmaking environment.
Prior experience with accounts payable (A/P) processes — invoice entry, coding, payment runs, vendor management, and reconciliations.
Exposure to year-end close or audit preparation (gathering documentation, verifying payments, reconciling accounts).
Experience working with financial software or ERP systems.
Familiarity with expense tracking and documentation standards, especially for grant or program-related spending, is a plus.
Part time scheduled during day time hours Monday-Friday. 15-30 hours a week. Pay DOE
