Job Overview:
We are seeking someone for our Fayetteville, NC office who loves to sell to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a competitive and results-driven strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of identifying customer needs and presenting compelling solutions confidently.
You should be willing to advocate for our company and the solutions we offer, in addition to yourself and the client; which means you push through resistance when prospecting, overcome objections, dislodge incumbents, secure next steps, follow up intently, negotiate to the highest pricing possible, and ask for and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of identifying customer needs and presenting compelling solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, and present customized staffing solutions, while highlighting their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve company goals.
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Competitive, self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and data-base management software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
