Job Title: Installer II – Install Technical
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift
Position Overview: Performs residential HVAC system installations with minimal supervision while supporting the Lead Installer in delivering high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and accessories according to company and manufacturer standards.
- Assist Lead Installer in planning job execution and sequencing tasks.
- Verify equipment and materials prior to installation to ensure correct models and quantities.
- Perform system startup procedures and operational checks under supervision.
- Ensure installations meet applicable codes and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation including photos, notes and checklists.
- Troubleshoot minor installation issues and excalate complex problems appropriately.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding job progress and basic system operation
- Maintain job-site cleanliness and property protection standards.
- Support training of install I team members.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years HVAC installation or related experience.
- Strong Mechanical skill and ability to read installation instructions.
- EPA 608 certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
