Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Cumberland County Area | Full-Time
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who knows how to keep equipment running, troubleshoot issues quickly, and prevent downtime before it happens.
This is a role for someone who understands systems, safety, and urgency — not just basic repairs.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose issues with production or facility equipment and resolve them efficiently
- Perform equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Work closely with operations teams to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards
What You Must Have
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Electrical systems (motors, controls, basic wiring)
- Mechanical systems (belts, motors, conveyors, pumps)
- Hydraulics and/or pneumatics
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
Work Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in industrial environments and varying conditions
- Standing, climbing, bending, and working around equipment daily
