Now Hiring: Residential Maintenance Technician
Cumberland County Area | Full-Time
We’re hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering quality service and solving problems for customers the right way.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and reliable.
What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance and repairs in residential properties
- Troubleshoot and fix issues involving:
- Plumbing
- Electrical fixtures
- Basic HVAC systems
- General repairs (doors, appliances, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond to service calls and complete work orders efficiently
- Maintain clean and professional customer interactions
- Keep accurate records of work completed
What You Must Have
- 1–3+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience
- Working knowledge of:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting (outlets, switches, fixtures)
- HVAC basics (filters, minor repairs)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
Work Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in homes, outdoors, and changing environments
- Able to manage multiple service calls per day
