Sales Representative Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you will work within a defined territory connecting and learning about local businesses and their hiring needs, and present Express product offerings as solutions. The main goal of the Sales Representative is to help companies understand how Express can help them in the areas of employment, leadership, and human resources. This role will prospect for new business and call on an existing book of business in a sales capacity.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Conduct 120 outbound sales contacts weekly
- Lead sales activity including campaign sales, follow-up calls, appointment setting, etc.
- Generate leads from multiple sources, including an extensive internal database, online, networking, etc.
- Engage in automated targeted campaigns using online tools and technology
- Document connections and build our database
Establish Client Relationships
- Build relationships with manufacturing, office, and professional companies
- Conduct business reviews and tours with accounts
- Convert prospects to clients through an ISO certified recruiting and retention process
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams
Strategic Networking and Development
- Work with community partners to continue our brand of excellence
