Job Full Description
Position Summary:
The Return Processor is responsible for inspecting returned eyewear and identifying damaged or defective eyeglasses. This role ensures returned products are accurately evaluated and properly categorized according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect returned eyeglasses for damage, defects, or wear

Identify and classify types of damage (scratches, bent frames, broken components, etc.)

Separate acceptable items from non-resalable products

Follow established quality and handling procedures

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during inspections

Keep work area clean and organized
