Job Full Description
The ability to prepare the manufacturing line for production. Able to adjust and set up the following equipment: fillers, cappers, labelers, sealers, coders and re-torquer machines in order to produce products that meet existing quality standards for the items produced. Supervise and coordinate team positions on the line for optimal efficiency. Ensure QA standards are followed. The position has 3 class levels:
Master Line Operator/Trainer. Able to set up and run all lines proficiently and possess the articulation, skill and patience to transfer that know to others. Able to properly fill out all paper work and keep the proper records necessary to ensure the tracking of daily production. Thoroughly knowledgeable on the adjustment, setup and running of the following equipment:
- 12 head Inline filler
- Rotary filler
- All Capper and re-torquer machines
- All labelers (bottle and box)
- Induction sealers
- Coders (including adjustment, care and cleaning)
- Case packing and taping equipment
