Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented I-CAR Certified Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in collision repair, structural repairs, welding, and frame machine operation. This role requires the ability to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform collision repairs including structural and non-structural repairs

Operate frame machines to measure and restore vehicle frames to manufacturer specifications

Perform welding and metal repairs using appropriate techniques and equipment

Repair, replace, and align damaged vehicle panels and components

Remove and reinstall vehicle parts such as bumpers, doors, fenders, and trim
-
Ensure repairs meet I-CAR and manufacturer standards

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Communicate with service advisors and management regarding repair progress
Qualifications:
-
I-CAR Certification required
-
Proven experience in auto body and collision repair
-
Experience with frame machine operation
-
Welding experience required
-
Ability to read repair estimates and follow manufacturer repair procedures

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods

Ability to safely operate shop equipment and tools
Preferred Skills:
-
ASE certification (a plus)

Experience with aluminum repair

Knowledge of modern vehicle safety systems and repair techniques
