Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder for a manufacturing company located in Browns Summit, NC. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a dependable and skilled candidate looking for long-term employment with a growing company.
The ideal candidate will have strong TIG welding and fabrication experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
• Perform TIG welding on various metals and materials
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional manufacturing or production duties as needed
Requirements
• Must have at least 2–3 years of TIG welding experience
• Fabrication experience is required
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools
• Experience using grinders, saws, and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Manufacturing experience preferred
Schedule & Pay
• Monday – Friday
• Pay ranges from $20.00 - $24.00/hour, depending on experience
