Position Summary
Our client, a well-established metal company, is seeking an energetic, personable, and career-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Essential Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the showroom and provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Learn the company's products quickly and confidently recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer information.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Quick learner with the ability to gain product knowledge and effectively sell to potential customers.
