Position Summary

Our client is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join their team as a Field Technician. In this role, you will work alongside the Hydrovac Truck Operator, assisting with excavation and utility projects while learning to operate specialized Hydrovac equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Hydrovac Truck Operator on job sites.
• Support excavation, utility, and construction projects.
• Safely load, unload, and move equipment, tools, and materials.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
• Learn to safely operate Hydrovac equipment through hands-on training.
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Maintain equipment and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform other field duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Must be able to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials on a regular basis.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work 50–60 hours per week with significant overtime opportunities.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with a team and follow directions.
• No previous Hydrovac experience required—we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn a new skill and build a long-term career.

What We Offer

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity with excellent long-term career potential.
