Commercial HVAC Service Technician | $85,000-$100,000
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in heating and cooling systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics.
- EPA certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
