Director of First Impressions

Cindy serves as the Director of First Impressions for Express Employment Professionals in the Fargo, North Dakota area.

With four years of experience at Express, Cindy plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the office, managing onboarding, payroll, and office administration while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for clients, associates, and visitors.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys reading and watching movies. One of Cindy's goals is to continually expand her knowledge of the staffing industry, strengthen her professional connections, and develop valuable life skills through the guidance and support she receives from her mentors at Express. Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others make her an invaluable member of the Express team.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. My partner, Casey, and our daughter, Hazel, are my greatest joys, and we cherish our time together outdoors. Whether we’re camping under the stars, fishing in Minnesota lakes, or exploring the world on our travels, every adventure strengthens our bond. We also love hosting gatherings in our backyard, where barbecues and friendly bean bag tournaments bring our neighbors and friends together for unforgettable memories.  Our extended family also loves the outdoors and to get together at our grandparent’s old farm for hunting weekend.

In addition to our outdoor escapades, I’m a die-hard sports fan. The thrill of cheering on the Minnesota Timberwolves and Vikings is a passion I share with my family, making game days a lively affair filled with excitement and camaraderie.

Professionally, I've dedicated my career to connecting individuals with opportunities that enhance their lives while supporting local businesses in finding top talent. My experience in recruitment and leadership has allowed me to make a meaningful impact in the community.  Prior to recruiting I have 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality and more recently spent a few years in assisted living and memory care as an Executive Director.

Erica brings a diverse background in healthcare, patient care coordination, and customer service, with extensive experience fostering relationships, solving problems, and advocating for exceptional experiences. She is committed to helping others discover their strengths, pursue their passions, and put their talents to work in fulfilling careers.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, Mack, and their son, Callum. She loves being outdoors, going to the lake, a coffee lover, and making memories with family and friends.

Erica is excited to begin this new chapter and is eager to leverage her experience in customer service and patient care coordination to help both candidates and clients find the right fit for long-term success.
