Taylor Engelhart is the owner and majority shareholder of Express Employment Professionals Fargo, one of the region’s leading staffing and workforce solutions providers. Since entering the staffing industry in 2007, Taylor has built a reputation for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities while helping businesses solve critical workforce challenges.

A graduate of North Dakota State University, Taylor began his career with Express and worked his way into ownership, embodying the entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to service that define the organization. Under his leadership, the Fargo office has continued its long-standing mission of helping companies find great people and helping job seekers find great jobs throughout the Fargo-Moorhead region, lakes area, and western North Dakota.

Taylor leads a dedicated team of staffing professionals focused on delivering customized workforce solutions across administrative, commercial, professional, and skilled trades industries. Candice Ahmann

Managing Partner

Candice Ahmann is a Managing Partner and Business Development Manager with Express Employment Professionals in Fargo, North Dakota. With more than 17+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, she is passionate about helping businesses build strong teams while connecting job seekers with meaningful career opportunities.

A graduate of North Dakota State University, Candice has spent her career working alongside employers throughout the Fargo-Moorhead region to solve workforce challenges, develop strategic hiring solutions, and support long-term business growth. Her expertise spans professional, administrative, and skilled trades recruiting, with a strong focus on building lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional service.

Beyond her work at Express, Candice is actively involved in the local business community. She serves as an Ambassador for both the FMWF Chamber of Commerce and for the Building Industry Association (BIA) of the Red River Valley and she volunteers her time with several nonprofit organizations throughout the region. She is also the President of the Board of Directors for Pray for Gray, where she helps support families impacted by brain tumors.

A longtime Fargo resident, Candice is committed to making a positive impact both professionally and personally. She enjoys networking, community involvement, and spending time with her family and fiancé.

He became a Managing Partner after years of contributing to the firm’s growth and success alongside the leadership team.

Raised in a family deeply involved in the staffing industry, Mack developed an early appreciation for hard work, service, and entrepreneurship. A graduate of Northern State University, he entered the staffing profession with a passion for helping people improve their careers and helping companies build stronger teams. His approach is centered on creating meaningful connections that benefit both employers and job seekers.

As a leader at Express Employment Professionals Fargo, Mack specializes in recruiting, workforce planning, and talent acquisition across a variety of industries. He is known for his commitment to understanding clients’ unique hiring needs and identifying candidates who can make an immediate and lasting impact.
