Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Fargo, ND is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual for an entry-level Grounds & Construction Laborer position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and learning a variety of hands-on skills.
The right candidate does not need extensive experience. You will receive direction and training while assisting with a variety of outdoor maintenance, landscaping, and construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Mow lawns and perform general grounds maintenance
- Assist with landscaping and outdoor projects
- Help with construction projects as a general laborer
- Assist skilled workers with framing, concrete, material handling, and other projects
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate basic hand and power tools as directed
- Perform seasonal work, including snow removal during the winter months
- Complete other general labor and maintenance duties as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Previous landscaping, construction, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
