Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Project Estimator with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for project management. In this role, you will work closely with clients and the construction team to ensure projects are estimated accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and budget constraints.
- Review bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain organized documentation and records of estimates and project changes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential estimating or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with estimating software and construction management tools.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex plans and specifications.
- Personality: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; this role requires effective client interaction.
