Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment in Fargo, ND.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, including dock stockers and reach trucks
- Load and unload incoming shipments
- Move, stage, package, and ship materials accurately
- Receive and verify inventory against paperwork
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies
- Enter and track inventory using warehouse management systems (SAP)
- Prepare customer orders and coordinate with carriers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and 7S guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Experience operating a dock stocker and reach truck
- Basic computer skills
- WMS experience required; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Currently 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; hours may change based on business needs.
