Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative - $22–$24/hour
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summer Schedule: Flexible summer hours
Position Summary
This company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their Fargo team. This position will focus on providing excellent customer service in the showroom while assisting customers with product selection.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer product questions and provide recommendations
- Sell and upsell products based on customer needs
- Process customer orders and sales
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom
Ideal Candidate
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and personable
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to learn product information quickly
- Confident recommending additional products
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and team-oriented
