Lead Service Technician - Material Handling Mechanic $45-$55 per hr
Location: Williston, ND
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $45–$55 per hour
Job Description:
This company is looking for a skilled lead mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts, heavy equipment, lifts, and other material-handling equipment. Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs while providing technical leadership, training, and support to other technicians. Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize service calls, inspect repair quality, ensure safety compliance, and complete service documentation.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant technician experience
Advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience repairing forklifts, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery
Previous lead technician or mentoring experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
Valid driver's license
Strong communication, diagnostic, and organizational skills
Experience with car repairs or AG equipment is a plus
