Our Client in Cuyahoga Falls, OH immediately needs a Production Operator for silicone rubber compounding.

Position Details:
Pay starts at $18.00 per hour. Higher pay available with rubber compounding experience.
First (1st) shift available M-F: 6:00am - 3:30pm plus OT available
Responsibilities include:
- Reading production order instructions to ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements.
- Clean tools and maintain organized tool boards.
- Work with others on mill line in multiple roles to refine silicone rubber compounds.
- Practice safe work habits and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
- Complete required paperwork for each production order.
