Job Title: Assembly & Production Associate

Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)
Starting Pay: $13.00/hour
About the Role:
Join a supportive and energetic team in a fast-paced yet fun work environment! We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our production team, where you’ll be hands-on with assembling, splicing, trimming, and packing a variety of custom-molded products including gaskets, O-rings, and fluid connectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual assembly and finishing of rubber and plastic components
- Splice and trim parts to meet quality standards
- Pack finished products for shipment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
