Rubber Press Operators and Finishers – 1st & 2nd Shift | Rootstown, OH
Monday – Thursday Schedule | Overtime Available on Fridays
Express Employment Professionals – Akron is hiring Rubber Press Operators and Finishers for a leading manufacturing company in the Rootstown, OH area. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Complete production processes for molded and over-molded rubber parts

Remove excess material using techniques like media blasting, trimming (knife/scissors), and other finishing methods

Assist in operating injection molding and compression molding machines

Inspect parts for quality assurance and package them per customer requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in Machine Operating or quality inspection preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures

Ability to safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment
