About the Position:
- Role: Customer Service Representative
- Location: Contact Centers in Akron, Ohio
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Day shift with overtime opportunities)
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound customer calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about electric utility services.
- Process outage reports and emergency calls promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, patient, and professional approach.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in keyboard typing.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
