Job Duties
Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning lobbies and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming hallways
- Cleaning offices and community rooms
- Sanitizing restrooms
- Maintaining laundry areas
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Keeping facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug screening
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
