Recruiting Specialist
Location: Norman, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our local team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for job seekers and play a key part in matching great candidates with rewarding opportunities. You’ll review applications, schedule interviews, post job listings, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist applicants, both in person and over the phone
- Post and maintain job openings across various online platforms
- Review applications and screen qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Support associates placed on assignment by addressing questions and concerns
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
