Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Diesel Mechanic for a company located in Lexington. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for servicing gas and diesel equipment, and performing other shop hand tasks.
Essential Job Functions:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel and gas engines
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Repair or replace engine components
- Conduct engine overhauls and rebuilds when required
- Prepare work area and vehicles/equipment for service
- Transport tools, parts, and materials within the shop
Pay: $17.00/HR-$20/HR
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday 8:30-1:00p.m.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in diesel mechanics
- Knowledge of gas and diesel engines
