CSR/Dispatcher
Location: Moore, OK
Pay: $17.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
A local towing company in Moore is seeking a highly organized and dependable CSR/Dispatcher to join their team. This position will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating towing requests, maintaining accurate information, and dispatching calls to drivers.
Essential Job Functions
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Gather and accurately enter customer and vehicle information
- Track customer requests and towing assignments
- Assign calls and towing requests to appropriate drivers
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records
- Work within multiple computer systems and databases simultaneously
- Update and maintain customer and vehicle information
- Retain and recall important information to assist customers and drivers
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dispatch process
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems at once
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Ability to quickly learn and retain information
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
