CNC Machinist / Operator (Entry Level)
Location: Pryor, OK
Shift: Multiple Options (1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts available)
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in Pryor as Entry-Level CNC Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in precision machining. You will be trained to operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate high-quality metal parts. No prior machining experience is required, though a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Load and unload raw materials into CNC machines and monitor the production process.

Quality Control: Use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, and tape measures) to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications.

Maintenance: Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE (Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, etc.).

Documentation: Complete basic production logs and report any equipment malfunctions to the lead machinist.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Technical Aptitude: Basic math skills (fractions and decimals) and the ability to read a tape measure.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods (up to 12-hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliability: Strong attendance record and a "safety-first" mindset.

Preferred (But not required): Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
