Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a professional and organized Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR and administrative operations. This position will assist with employee relations, timekeeping, record maintenance, invoicing, onboarding, and general office support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation
- Monitor and maintain employee timekeeping and attendance records
- Process invoices and assist with administrative reporting
- Support payroll preparation and HR documentation
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and requests
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous HR, administrative, payroll, or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of timekeeping and attendance systems
- Experience with invoicing or payroll support
- Recordkeeping and data entry accuracy
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule
