Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Attendant for a local Recreation Center. This position is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time (varies by facility needs)
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phones, provide information, and direct inquiries
• Process memberships and registrations
• Monitor facility access and enforce rules/policies
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
