Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Stick/MIG Welder to join our team in Stillwater, OK. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with welding and fabrication, especially using Stick and MIG techniques. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship and supporting our production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Stick and MIG welding on various metals and alloys
- Weld and fabricate tanks and handrails
- Fit and install handrails, stairs, and plates
- Assist with general shop and fabrication work
- Set up and operate welding tools and equipment
- Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Stick and MIG welder
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, fabrication, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (preferred)
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Welding certification preferred but not required — must pass weld test
