Lumber Yard Foreman – Now Hiring
Location: Stillwater, OK
Pay: Depends on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lumber Yard Foreman to oversee daily yard operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient handling of materials. This role is responsible for maintaining organization, inventory accuracy, and a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities

Direct and lead yard associates and drivers
-
Oversee loading/unloading and ensure order accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard

Monitor inventory and assist with stock control

Train and coach employees; enforce policies and procedures
-
Operate forklifts and other yard equipment
-
Coordinate with team members to meet customer needs
Qualifications
-
2–5 years of lumber yard, warehouse, or related experience
-
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
-
Knowledge of building materials and yard operations
-
Ability to operate forklifts/heavy equipment (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills
