This role is essential to daily operations, including customer service, food preparation, merchandising, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Stock and organize retail shelves and displays
• Package, weigh, label, and prepare products for sale
• Trim, slice, and prepare deli and meat products
• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and accuracy
• Operate slicing and packaging equipment safely
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
  8:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday:
  7:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday:
  7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  (Every 3rd Saturday off, except holiday weekends)
• Overtime may be required

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Work in fast-paced environments with exposure to wet conditions and moving equipment
• Temperature ranges from 32°F to 72°F (freezers may reach -8°F)
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs
• Must stand for full shifts and perform bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motions

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to follow safety, food handling, and sanitation standards
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills

PPE & Dress Code

• PPE may include coats, aprons, gloves, and hair/beard nets
• Closed-toe shoes required
• No jewelry or artificial nails permitted
• Must follow all company safety and dress code policies
