🔨 What You'll Do
✅ Install residential and commercial windows and doors
✅ Measure openings and ensure proper fit and alignment
✅ Remove existing windows and doors safely
✅ Seal, insulate, and finish installations for maximum performance
✅ Use hand and power tools effectively and safely
✅ Maintain a clean and professional job site
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and workmanship
⭐ What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in window, door, construction, or remodeling work preferred
✔ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
✔ Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
