Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about quality? We're seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team and play a key role in testing raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
🧪 Job Responsibilities
✅ Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products
✅ Conduct testing for:
- Density
- Compression
- Tensile Strength/Adhesion
- Thermal Conductivity
✅ Prepare, measure, and handle product samples for testing
✅ Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment
✅ Accurately record, analyze, and report test results
✅ Compare test results to established specifications and procedures
✅ Assist with quality control initiatives and product development testing
✅ Follow standardized test methods, work instructions, and safety procedures
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
✅ Qualifications
✔ Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or testing experience preferred
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Ability to follow written procedures, specifications, and testing instructions
✔ Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Excel
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Excellent communication skills
