📍 Perkins, OK Area
💰 Pay: $18–$22/HR DOE
💼 Full-Time | Monday–Friday
📅 Some Saturdays & After-Hours Work as Needed
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who can keep equipment, facilities, and production operations running smoothly? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity in the Perkins area!
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and keeping a facility operating safely and efficiently.
🔧 What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, equipment, and building systems.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.

Complete scheduled preventive maintenance.

Repair and maintain doors, lighting, flooring, and basic structural components.

Assist with equipment installation, setup, relocation, and adjustments.

Monitor facility utilities, including air, water, electrical/lighting, and refrigeration systems as applicable.

Respond quickly to maintenance requests to help minimize production downtime.

Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and maintenance areas.

Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.

Identify and report safety concerns or equipment issues to management.

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality.

Perform other duties as assigned.
✅ What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required.

3–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, food production, or a similar environment preferred.

Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs.

Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, and work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to be hands-on.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks required of the position.
🏭 Work Environment

Combination of indoor and outdoor work.

Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Regular exposure to noise, moving machinery, and production activity.

Appropriate PPE must be worn as required.
🕐 Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Some Saturdays, special projects, emergency repairs, or after-hours work may be required based on production needs.
