Responsibilities:
🔨 Lead and support construction crew members
📋 Assign daily tasks and monitor project progress

Requirements:
✔ Previous construction experience required
✔ Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
✔ Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
