Job Full Description
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team in Oregon. The ideal candidate is client-focused, knowledgeable in therapeutic techniques, and committed to maintaining a safe and relaxing environment. You will play a key role in supporting client wellness and delivering high-quality massage services.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a variety of massage modalities, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other therapeutic techniques depending on training and licensure

Conduct client intake assessments and maintain accurate, confidential treatment records

Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and health conditions

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room

Adhere to all Oregon Board of Massage Therapy (OBMT) rules, ethical standards, and sanitation requirements

Educate clients on self-care practices, stretches, and wellness recommendations
-
Work collaboratively with staff to support a positive and professional clinic or spa environment

Manage client scheduling, follow-ups, and communication as needed
Required Qualifications
-
Current and active Oregon Massage Therapy License (LMT) issued by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists

Proof of Oregon-required CE hours and compliance with all OBMT regulations

Training from an accredited massage therapy school

Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before start date)

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques

Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a clinic, spa, chiropractic, or wellness setting

Additional certifications in specialized modalities (e.g., prenatal, hot stone, cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
Physical Requirements

Ability to perform massage services for extended periods

Ability to safely assist and position clients

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed (supplies, equipment, linens, etc.)
