Shift Supervisor
Location: Brownsville, OR
Pay: $29.00 - $30.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Rotating Schedule
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Brownsville, OR. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing production operations, supporting team performance, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support production team members throughout the shift.
- Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
- Monitor production, quality, housekeeping, and operational performance.
- Assist with employee training and development.
- Oversee production equipment and manufacturing systems.
- Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality records.
- Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide coverage for production positions as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and troubleshooting preferred.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for most of the shift.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed.
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work indoors and outdoors in a manufacturing environment.
