Seed Laborer / Production Worker
Location: Albany, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.00/hour
We are hiring an experienced Seed Laborer / Production Worker for a local seed production facility in Albany. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced production position. Previous grass seed experience is required.
Job Duties:
- Bag seed products on the production line
- Seal bags accurately and securely
- Continuously stack filled seed bags onto pallets
- Inspect bags for quality and proper labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous grass seed experience is required
- Ability to lift and stack up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Able to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working in a dusty, fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday evening shift for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work in a production setting.
