Job Details

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including freight and spare parts 

• Coordinate and complete daily shipping and receiving processes 

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and document materials accurately 

• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and securely packaging items 

• Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory tracking 

• Organize stock and perform regular inventory audits 

• Track orders, shipments, and inventory levels 

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently 

• Assist with customer inquiries and provide professional communication and support 

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 

• High school diploma or GED preferred 

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience preferred 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification 

• Good communication skills and professional phone presence 

• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook 

• Experience with inventory management software is a plus 

• Understanding of industrial machinery components preferred
