Job Full Description
We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a manufacturing team. This entry-level position involves operating production equipment, inspecting and packaging products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment and monitor machinery.
- Inspect, count, stack, separate, and package products.
- Perform quality checks and document results.
- Assist with equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work efficiently while maintaining product quality.
Requirements:
- Entry-level; 0–2 years of experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions and complete paperwork.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification through the company.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 58 lbs. and perform repetitive standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise, dust, odors, and moving equipment.
