Job Title: Utility Worker

Location: Harrisburg, Oregon
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Utility Worker to support daily operations in a fast-paced agricultural warehouse and blending facility. This role involves operating equipment, moving materials, maintaining work areas, and assisting the blending operator with various tasks to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a front-end loader to move fertilizer from storage piles to hopper systems

Assist with fertilizer blending operations and support the blending operator as needed

Clean and maintain augers, equipment, and surrounding work areas

Perform general warehouse duties including material handling and organization

Help with basic mechanical tasks such as changing bearings and assisting with minor equipment maintenance

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment

Perform other general labor tasks as assigned to support facility operations

Qualifications:

Experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred

Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with basic maintenance tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a warehouse and agricultural production environment

Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team

Commitment to workplace safety

Work Environment:

Warehouse and outdoor work areas

Exposure to dust, machinery, and agricultural materials

Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operation throughout the day
