A respected cedar wood mill in Harrisburg, OR is now hiring Green Chain Laborers to join their hardworking team! This is a physically active role in a fast-paced mill environment, with the opportunity for long-term, full-time employment.
Position Highlights:
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, evaluation-to-hire
Location: Harrisburg, OR
Job Duties:
Safely pull and stack green cedar lumber (approx. 30 lbs each) from conveyor lines
Assist in producing large plywood and lumber packages to meet production needs
Operate basic mill equipment and machinery (training provided)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and sweeping regularly
Work collaboratively in a team to meet daily productivity goals
