Warehouse Associate
Job Summary:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and handling materials within the warehouse while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires operating equipment, following safety procedures, and supporting inventory control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process orders using paper pick tickets and RF scanning systems (RF Gen)
Pick and transport materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift
Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipment or processing
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
Maintain clean and organized aisles and rack locations, ensuring removal of debris and empty pallets
Perform pre-shift and post-shift forklift inspections; report maintenance or repair needs promptly
Assist with annual inventory audits and cycle counts
Accurately count products and maintain inventory logs
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
Ability to operate RF scanning equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse setting
Regular standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation required
