Lab Technician
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Lab Technician to support laboratory operations and technical projects. This role requires the ability to work independently, apply sound technical judgment, and contribute to broader organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working with sensitive testing and measurement equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assigned laboratory tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision
Operate, maintain, and care for process and sensitive test/measurement equipment
Apply sound technical judgment to ensure accuracy, safety, and equipment integrity
Read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation and procedures
Follow detailed technical instructions and protocols precisely
Utilize advanced mathematical skills for data analysis and calculations
Support company strategic objectives through quality work and continuous improvement
Use cloud-based applications for documentation, reporting, and collaboration
Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners
Assist colleagues as needed to ensure team success
