Experienced Fabricator
Pay 28.00-32.00 an hour

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Fabricator to join our growing team in Albany, Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Move and organize raw steel and materials throughout the shop
- Read layouts, measurements, and production drawings
- Prepare and lay out products for fabrication and production
- Assist with cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembly of steel components
- Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Support shop production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous fabrication experience required
- Experience working in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings
- Comfortable working with raw materials and heavy equipment
- Welding experience is a plus, but certification is not required
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
