Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Harrisburg that produces high-quality irrigation components. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth at a stable, family-owned company.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate custom machinery to manufacture and prepare pipe and pipe fittings
Accurately measure and cut materials to 1/16" precision using tape measures
Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues to maintenance team
Prioritize workflow to avoid bottlenecks and meet production timelines
Move materials using hoists or forklifts
Work independently and collaboratively under the guidance of the Production Supervisor
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
Strong math and measuring skills
Excellent attention to detail and safety practices
Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
